The Studiō offers 1,200 square feet of open, private space filled with natural light from stunning 10-foot east-facing windows. As the area’s premier daylight studio, we proudly welcome local creatives and brands with flexible daily rental options.

Located just off Coolidge Highway near 12 Mile Road, our space sits in the heart of downtown Berkley—only 8 minutes from Birmingham and Royal Oak, and just 23 minutes from Detroit. Plus, street parking in Berkley is always free.
